Through medical science it will never be possible once the soul has been taken away from human body by the Angel of Death.

 

Soul cannot be restored back without the permission of Holy Mighty King of Universe.

 

However true Muslims who have permission from God can resurrect the dead person again.

 

Some of them from history are Isa aka Jesus, Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jeelani, Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti, they resurrected dead people by the command of Allah.

 

But non-Muslim doctors or scientists can never resurrect any dead person through any method.
