Excellent worker with very good knowledge and understanding of his work and superb adaptability. This project had few challenges that he claimed he knows the solution to during the bidding phase but was stuck a little during implementation. However, he was persistent in his effort and finally with some tweaking here and there we were able to crack it. Also, I must mention, he did throw in some really good user friendly features without even asking for those. It is really difficult to find workers like him and will surely work again with him.
